Deer
So, Steve has been hunting for a few weeks now. He always tells Conner that he is going hunting for deer and Conner always asks "Did you CATCH a deer Daddy?"
He has never even seen a gun, fake or real, and has no idea that you don't catch a deer, you shoot a deer.
So, Thanksgiving Morning, Conner and I get this text message of just this picture (below).
Me--- "Look Conner, Daddy got a deer this morning!"
Conner--- "He caught one?"
Me---"Yes!"
Conner--- "Did he catch it with that tractor?"
Me--- "Looks like it!"
Conner--- "Why does he have a trash can under him?"
Me--- "In case he has to use the bathroom."
Conner--- "Oh... Is Daddy going to bring him home?"
Me--- "Yes, In the truck."
Conner--- "Are we going to eat him?"
Me--- "Yes!"
Conner--- "Me no like to eat deer, I only like to eat chickens!"
And all his questions were answered and off he ran!

Friday----
Conner- "Daddy is going to go clean the deer Mommy."
Me--- "Why?'
Conner--- "Because he is dirty and to get all of his meat off."

Elvis is in the Building!!
My parents had a party last weekend. They had an Elvis Impersonator. It was a full house and the entertainment was great. So was the food, drinks, and company!
