Sunday night, we went to the Icemen game with a group of great friends. The Wilkeys, Broekers, and Us. It was costume night and the kids all dressed up. The Icemen lost again, but it was great catching up with everyone!

Flowers
I had foot surgery Thursday to correct some plantar fascitits. I will be down for about 3 weeks. Conner brought me flowers that night after surgery. Such a Sweety!

Sophie's Birthday
We helped Sophia celebrate her 5th Birthday this weekend at Lincoln State Park. We had chili, cupcakes, and our own private Hay Ride. The weather was perfect!

Race for the Cure
This year, we participated in the Race for the Cure, in celebration of our dear friend Jamie Ellard who is fighting stage 4 breast cancer. We had never walked it before, but this year had extra special meaning. It was a very moving experience. |

We helped Hannah celebrate her 6th Birthday! She had a zebra print theme and everything was great. Conner made her a picture and bought her a Build a Bear dog house and we got her a Build a Bear gift card.

Dad's Retirement Party
Saturday, August 25th, my mom had a surprise Retirement Party for my dad at their house. He is retiring from Foertsch Construction to further his own business at Frontier Properties. He will be building houses and remodeling full time now. Congrats Dad! We love you and are so Happy for you!
