On Christmas Eve, Conner was so tired. He started crying in bed. He was so scared he wouldn't be able to fall asleep and Santa would pass him up when he saw he was still awake. So, Finally he fell asleep. At 1:30 a.m., Conner comes running into our room, he wakes me up and says
"Mommy, he came, Santa has been here. I guess I was good this year."
"Can we go open them?" I told him that we needed to sleep and to crawl in bed with us. He was thirsty so I went to the kitchen to get him a drink and when I got back to bed he said
"Was I right?, was that his stuff? Has he really been here?"
I assured him that all the stuff in the living room was indeed from Santa.
He then whispered "Did you see a really big one, cause I asked him for a big combine."
I assured him that I spotted a really big box and I thought he'd be OK!
He awoke again at 7. We waited around for Memaw and granddad, Papaw, and Nanny to get there before he opened his gifts. I made a breakfast and we all enjoyed watching Conner rip through the gifts.

| Conner asked for a crucifix. This is from Mommy and Daddy. |

We had already bought him this Snow plow a few weeks before he shopped for toys for tots.
This is the gift he really wanted to by himself at Rural king the day we went to buy the Toys for Tots gifts but instead bought one and donated it hoping to make another little boy real happy. He was going to start saving his allowance to buy himself one. |

| Waiting on the grandparents to arrive to dig in. |
