Mom and I found time for a pedicure day and a nap for her!

Brenda Fuchs 60th Surprise Party

They had a surprise 60th Birthday party for Brenda at Bar Louie's. She has always been like a second mom to me and I was glad I was free to join her celebration.

New Years Eve Day

Melissa, Mary Egli, and I from work along with Michelle went to the Dusty Barn Distillery New Years Eve day to visit Dr. Kuhlenschmidt's new place. We have listened to him lay out his dream for years and he finally opened this year. We went to check it out and show our support. It was a lot of fun. Afterwards, we went to Little Creek winery to bring in the new year. Home by 3;00 p.m.. That was my New years Eve.

Christmas with Friends

We had the Koesters, Broekers, Walls, and Wilkeys over for Christmas and to plan our 40th Birthday vacation this summer. We had a blast. We had pizza, Hacienda chips and Salsa, Brownies, and ice cream sundaes. We played Speak out and Cards against Humanity dirty version!

We had so much fun. Memories were made and dates and destinations planned for June!!!

Christmas Day

Conner woke up at 1:30 a.m. to find out that Santa had just delivered and thought he was done for the night. I was sleeping in Conner's bed with him to make sure he stayed in bed. He came running in to his bedroom saying "Santa came!"

He runs away.

He comes back "He left me lots of presents!"

He runs away.

Back again to report to sleeping mom.

"He left me # of presents, I counted."

"Get up mom, let's open them."

Me- "Conner, it is the middle of the night. We are not opening gifts til morning. Get in bed and go to sleep."

The kid was wide awake with excitement and couldn't go to sleep which meant I couldn't go to sleep!

He finally said "I am going to sleep in the living room."

The kid stayed up all night doing God knows what and I found him asleep on the couch at 6:30.

When he got up at 8:00, he told me that Santa had left him some games for a Wii U.

I said "How do you know that?"

He said "I looked at a few things."

He had already gone through his stocking and Steves.

His big items were a new TV for the toy room, a WII U, a new gaming chair, WII games, and a fitbit.
