We are just getting back from our 32 week growth ultrasound. They haven't weighed the baby for 4 weeks now, and today was the day. Last visit, he weighed 3 lbs, 6oz. This was a pound over weight. We've been very nervous to see how much weight he has gained in the last 4 weeks. This visit was going to determine a lot. He weighed in at 5 lbs. This is still a pound over weight for 32 weeks, but we were expecting him to weigh around 6 lbs. So, this is great news. He continued to grow, but didn't pick up speed like they anticipated. My amniotic fluid, though normally at a high level, has seemed to level off at a safe level this week. That is also great news. So, what this all means is that if Baby keeps growing at a safe and steady rate and doesn't jump even further ahead of schedule and my amniotic fluid remains at a safe level, we are looking at 38 weeks for a Baby instead of 36 weeks. This is huge. He will be 2 whole more weeks advanced and developed. This is a big deal for babies. We are very excited. Things are looking up. Keep the little man in your prayers, please. Tammy, I felt so good when Stephen called with your new news about Tater Tot. I know everyone's prayers are helping you and that you are being a good Mother and taking care of yourself. Proud of you. Love, Shirley
